FireArms Permit
Procedures for Obtaining Firearms Applications
An individual must go to one of the Probate Courts listed below to obtain an application. You must come in with a State and/or a Government issued
photo id with date of birth to fill out application, the fees are $76.00 cash, or
check payable to Bryan County Probate Court.
Basic Requirements:
- Must be no younger than 21 years of age
- Must be a Bryan County Resident
- Must provide picture ID and proof resident
- Must be finger printed and submit a criminal and mental health check
- Must not have any legal disqualification to receipt of the license
